This is the second time Sam and Cynthia help us with our loan and both times have been a great experience. I always got answers and updates on our transaction. I called Sam about a Refi. He was who I went through when I first bought my house in 2019. I didn't think he would remember me since it was a couple of years ago but when I called him he answered on the second ring and knew exactly who I was. We talked about how we have been (work, health, life) and then got down to numbers on the Refi right away. I got him my info he needed and he was able to get me what I was looking for. Can’t say enough. I had tried to refinance with Chase and after 2 weeks we were told they couldn’t, although our mortgage was with them and had never missed a payment or were late. So we tried another broker and he never got back to us after 2 weeks with all our info. I reached out to to our friend Esteban Quintero who referred me to Sam. Sam called me within 1 hour.
